A Spotted Solar Disk in White Light
“A full-disk white-light mosaic with long chains of sunspots crossing the disk.”
Near the peak of Solar Cycle 25 the disk is busy: several sunspot groups, including long trailing chains of small spots, cross the photosphere in this white-light mosaic.
Captured as video panels, each stacked in AutoStakkert!3, sharpened in ImPPG and stitched into a mosaic.
